Where is the Texas State Round Rock Campus located?
The Avery building is located at 1555 University Boulevard, Round Rock, Texas 78665. It is approximately 6 miles from IH-35 on University Boulevard.

Where can I park?
For small events of 30 or less, guests will be instructed to use the Pay & Display stations and park in Commuter Parking (purple zone).
If you are planning a larger event of over 30, you will be directed to an event parking lot with parking permits provided to be displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle. Parking permits will be coordinated by an event coordinating staff. Payment is required prior to the event.

Are there any specific things I should know about RRC?
The RRC is a smoke and Tobacco free campus. Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use is prohibited in all spaces. More information on Texas State's Tobacco free policy can be found at UPPS 04.05.02
Accommodations for Special Events
The primary responsibility to provide reasonable accommodations (e.g., information in alternate format, sign language interpreting services, captioning [speech to text] services) for enrolled students, potential students, employees, and community members for special events (e.g., guest speakers, lectures, poetry readings, plays) rests with the sponsoring office or individuals charged with the program. Any cost associated with providing accommodations is the responsibility of the department or program if the host department or program charges a fee associated with the event. The Procedures for Obtaining Sign Language Interpreting Services outlines how to arrange for this accommodation and are subject to periodic updates.

Is there a possibility I won't get the room I prefer?
Classes are given priority and will not be moved for events, so please be mindful that classrooms may not be available for your chosen time period. We reserve the right to substitute room assignments or cancel a reservation when necessary. The reserving party will be notified of the reassignment or cancellation as soon as possible.
